“The ordinary arts we practice everyday at home are of more importance to the soul than their simplicity might suggest.”

Thomas Moore

Do you desire to travel? Maybe to England? I highly recommend this book to you then…the words, pictures, content will lovingly feed your travel dreams!

Why you will so relish reading this book… because I did! Seriously though, you will relish reading every single page within this book because the writing is spectacular. The format is unique and different than your usual book. I did feel like I was looking through a travel journal. The photos are interesting! If you want to travel or travel a lot, this book is perfect for you. I bought a book for my mom after I finished reading it. She had to have her own copy. One, I hardly ever give my books away, borrow, maybe, give, usually not! Second, my dad was born in England and they have both traveled to England and plan to go back, so this is the perfect book to add to their English travel information.

All book readers can attest to how important the cover and the title are to what draws potential buyers…kudos publishing team! The cover drew me right in! The road to Middleham, at Wensley, in the Yorkshire Dales is breathtaking. I loved the feel of this book as well, hardcover, perfect size, and liked having the red tassel to use as a book mark.

Susan and her husband Joe take us along on their voyage to England. It was a nice read and I liked feeling that I was on their trip as well! You will earmark pages like I did for valuable information and tips on places to visit and items to purchase or items to bake! A delicious scrumptious lemon butter cookie recipe is calling my name! Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake is another recipe waiting for me to try (saving this for a rainy day when some extra TLC is needed…this will satisfy, no doubt!) Susan Branch even had a list of music that would complement the views of England! Isn’t that cool?

This is a super book for a Christmas or birthday gift! Visit Susan’s website for other fun purchase ideas; http://www.susanbranch.com/. Surprise someone with a distinctive gift.
